Introducing, our Royal Wedding Collection! We are celebrating Royal Wedding month and the marriage of Harry and Meghan with an array of British and American themed cupcakes! From cakes and biscuits, to spreads and chilled desserts, this collection is bursting with flavour and draws inspiration from the classic tastes of our home nation and the sweet treats from our friends across the pond!

A timeless British cake and loved by all. The vanilla sponge is filled with vanilla buttercream and a generous blob of jam, before being dusted with icing sugar.

The perfect summer dessert. A fresh strawberry and vanilla sponge filled with raspberry coulis and decorated with a light Swiss meringue drizzled with raspberry coulis and raspberry sprinkles.

We all know how much Americans love their PB! This cupcake has a chocolate sponge with a peanut butter filling and is decorated with a swirl of chocolate ganache and PB frosting.

This world-famous treat has a vanilla baked cheesecake and digestive biscuit sponge topped with cream cheese frosting speckled with vanilla straight from the pod!

A classic American pie, this scrumptious cupcake has a soft vanilla sponge with a custard filling and is topped with a custard buttercream before being dipped in a dark chocolate ganache.

To celebrate Harry and Meghan’s floral wedding cake choice, we have created our very own Lemon and Elderflower cupcakes; a light lemon sponge topped with beautiful elderflower infused buttercream flowers.

Our Royal Wedding themed Brownie for the collection celebrates a classic taste of the UK, as the blondie base features Jammie Dodgers!
